|Recommended: YesI think this is a great apartment complex — I would tell them that it is very peaceful and that living here comes with a lot of perks
|Recommended: YesProperty was nice but be careful when moving out — I was very disappointed with the move out procedures. I submitted my move out date as August 10th, I received conformation that my date was August 10th, but someone mistakenly entered August 5th into the computer system. I had found out about this because on Aug 4th I went to check if I needed to schedule any checkout times. Because of their mistake they took out the wrong amount of rent, so I'd have to pay the balance. OK fair enough. But nobody told me I would have to manually pay. So instead of just taking out the money from my checking account like they had every time for the past two years, they fined me 75 and to make matters even worse sent me a letter threatening me with legal action. Without even a Sorry for our mistake, we would appreciate it if you could pay this as soon as possible. Fortunately for me 75 is an annoyance, but for others it could be the difference between having food on the table or buying their medication. So please tell your employees to be more careful when entering data into the computers otherwise there may be a little child who won't be able to celebrate Christmas this year.
|Recommended: YesIt feels like home — I moved to Village Green almost two weeks ago and almost instantly I felt at home. The building I am in is quiet which is very nice. Parking has not been an issue at all and it is just a short walk to the playground equipment or the pool which my daughter is very happy about. A friend had lived at Village Green in 2016-2018 and she really liked it and that is what made me pick here as where I wanted to move to. It is easy access to I-69 and of course Green River Road. I initially signed a three month lease but I am sure I will be extended that out to at least a year
|Recommended: YesGreat place to call home — I've been residing at Village Green for about a year now I can tell you I'm very happy I chose to live here as opposed to other apartments. The staff is very friendly, there is little to no noise, and the living space is very comfortable for myself as well as my pets It's nice because Village Green is about five minutes down the road from all your conveniences and everything you need. Also, the rent is quite affordable compared to other nice apartments. The only things required of me are to keep up a routine cleaning vacuuming, dusting, cleaning appliances, etc. , clean up after pets and to pay all rent and other expenses on time as any responsible homeowner should. If you're looking for a great place to call your next home, come live at Village Green Apartments

The amenities make life simpler, and the pet friendly atmosphere lets me enjoy my time with my good boy pupper. Overall, I highly recommend living in this great community

|Recommended: YesOkay place to live — It is a decent place to live as a first time aparment renter. You can hear the neighbors slamming doors constanly. Village Green has a no smoking policy for inside of the buildings but do not enforce it very well as you walk into our building it smells like an ash tray. Our dryer takes 3-4 cycles to dry our clothing, we have had maintenance out to our apartment twice, the first time only temporarily fixed the issue the second time nothing was even done about it. Guy came in to look at it and said he would be back when he had the parts to fix the dryer and he never came back. The staff has always been nice to us though and the neighborhood looks nice.
|Recommended: YesIts nice — so far its a good community
|Recommended: YesParking and yard — I would like to be able to park in front of my apartment since the parking lot is my back yard. Tenants use it as a walkway. I am paying more for a groundfloor apartment but really have no yard to speak of and no designated parking space. It would be nice to access the laundry and pool from the Wilmington Ct side.

|Recommended: YesBest option in Evansville — For everything I wanted for my apartment to have, Village Green has all those options for a very reasonable price. Great price ranges, all the accommodations you need, very spacious units.
|Recommended: YesNew tenant — While they are a bit older, these are lovely apartments. I just moved in and find the updated two bedroom to be extremely nice. The leasing staff were extremely courteous and professional and made the application process from Florida quite easy. There are wonderful amenities here to include the pool and tennis courts. I love the mature trades which will provide great shade during afternoon walks with my dog.
