|Recommended: YesThe property is nice with polite neighbors. — I tell them it is a very convenient place to live being located next to 69 and recommended it to people at Toyota as well. Being on Green River road for shopping also is very nice. Quiet neighborhood too. Carpets are ok 3 star but I don't expect much when pets are allowed. The use of huge tank water heaters 3 stars are a bit old fashioned as I would much rather have a tankless water heater as it would save money on electric. This would also allow more storage space between the bathroom and bedroom for cleaning supplies and such. My only real problem I have had here tho is parking. Having graveyard shifts for work I usually come in before people leave in the morning and have no place to park close to my door or window unfortunately. So carrying groceries inside or whatever can be a bit of a haul especially if it is raining and people are parked where they shouldn't be.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Village Green Apartments are very clean and affordable. The maintenance staff is very friendly and responses to request in a timely manner.
|Recommended: YesOver all, Village Green is a wonderful place to live. — We have lived at Village Green for nearly five years and have lived quite comfortably. The grounds are always well taken care of and the Leasing Office is friendly, polite, and know us by name. The Maintenance Team is wonderful and always working hard to fix any issues to report quickly and efficiently. We feel very safe at Village Green, and feel like it's a wonderful property.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, friendly neighborhood. — Neighbors are friendly and neighborhood is quiet. Apartments are very spacious but needs more kitchen storage space and updated cabinets and appliances. Overall, village green is a nice place to live and decent with prices. I really love that I have my own private balcony to relax on. That's a plus
|Recommended: YesIn General, a Good Set of Apartments — It's overall a pretty good place, and although there have been a few problems, maintenance has been fixing them as they come up very effectively.
|Recommended: YesCleanliness — I have noticed issues since moving in i.e. cobwebs that were left on the ceiling, food left in the garbage disposal, etc. . Since moving in I have seen a couple of roaches and a slug in my apartment. Other then that my neighbors and the apartment staff are extremely friendly.

|Recommended: YesSafe, friendly, and quiet environment. — It's very quiet and feels secluded from the city traffic noise. Friendly neighbors, minimal pet fee with plenty of space to walk your pet, nice laundry and workout facilities.
If I had to make any recommendations on maintenance it would be to increase the upkeep and removal of bugs insects in the hallways door entries.
|Recommended: YesOverall a very nice place — I don't have any complaints other than neighbors leaving huge piles of their dog's waste laying around and my puppies unknowingly stepping in it and dragging it into my apartment.

Compared to my last place, it's like a breath of fresh air when I pull in. — I would say that the leasing office is very good with communication and I never feel like they are against me . My room is spacious and nice, and the grounds are always well maintained. and I have never had to worry about parking
