It's quiet, it's affordable, the neighbors are mostly friendly, and it seems like a fairly safe neighborhood, all things considered.

The people in the office are always very nice and helpful and the maintenance crew is always so fast to respond to work orders and get everything done as quick as possible and don't cut corners.
